Trailblazer Environmental Consultants, LLC is an Orlando-based Environmental Consulting Firm built on the experience of a founder who has spent more than 25 years working in Florida’s environmental field. That background includes Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), soil and groundwater assessments, contamination cleanup, water use permitting and compliance, dewatering permits, spill prevention and response, and erosion control. As a women‑owned business, we bring practical field knowledge, steady leadership, and a straightforward approach to every project.

Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments

Environmental due diligence gives clients clear, defensible facts about environmental conditions so they can make their own informed decisions, and with the experience of conducting more than 1,000 Phase I ESAs in the commercial, industrial, and large‑scale residential sectors, we deliver practical findings that empower our clients to be confident in their decisions.

Contamination Assessments & Remediation

Environmental services begin with soil and groundwater assessment, where we identify the type and source of contamination, define its extent, and uncover the conditions that drive risk. From contamination discovery through remediation, our experience managing petroleum impacts, releases involving PCBs, and dry‑cleaning solvents. We assist our clients through every step of the regulatory process - interpreting requirements, assessment data, coordinating with agencies, remedial action strategy selection, and monitoring.

Spill Prevention and Cleanup

We help facilities prevent releases before they happen and respond quickly and effectively when they do. Our services include developing and maintaining Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, conducting compliance inspections to verify proper containment and handling practices, and providing facility staff training so employees understand spill risks, response procedures, and regulatory obligations. When spills occur, we manage assessment, cleanup, documentation, and regulatory coordination to ensure the site returns to compliance with minimal disruption to operations.

Water Use Permitting

We support clients through the full water use permitting process, from application preparation to regulatory coordination.

For construction projects requiring dewatering, we assist with documenting withdrawal methods, discharge locations, monitoring plans, and compliance that meet local water management district requirements. Our experience ensures smooth navigation through permitting and regulatory review as well as documenting the sequence of events which can be implemented during the construction process.

Industrial Wastewater & Stormwater Permitting & Compliance

We develop and implement Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SPPPs) that keep construction and industrial sites in compliance with stormwater regulations. Our services include site evaluations, pollutant‑source identification, Best Management Practices (BMP) selection, routine inspections, and documentation that meets state and federal requirements. We help clients understand their obligations and maintain compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
